105g ripe banana (1 large banana), mashed
½ egg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

70g (or ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons) dark chocolate chips
½ thinly sliced banana, for topping

4 spring onions

1 tbs rice vinegar
