The warmest weather in half a century means that many European ski resorts are without snow later in the year than any time in recent memory. Some, dedicated skiers are turning to rocks to get their fix.
Last season, I discovered with amazement these Goggles which integrated an HD camera. They looked pretty cool but soon after, I also discovered the HUD technology - what fighter plane pilots use to keep their eyes up while getting vital navigation info from their instruments - had made it to the ski tracks.
