Once a learning module is made, you can tweak it each year, to really personalise it for each students. So, whilst they take a while, you are creating your own eLearning "library" along the way...

Yes, every day should be Digital Learning Day as our students are citizens of the digital world. I couldn't help feel sorry for the students whose teacher says that her students do not need technology, and I wonder about their job prospects in a few years, when they enter the workforce being digitally illiterate.
So, yes, every day should be Digital Learning Day!

The Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) trend is increasingly spreading in Australian schools, transforming the way students learn and how, where and when they consume educational information.
eduPLEX's insight:
It makes a lot of sense to BYOD to school..so much time is spent with doling out netbooks, and it's pretty sad when you see a kid over the moon, about to get their school loaned netbook, only to have to wait 15 minutes to log in. BYOD is a marvellous idea, and will give the teachers time to do their core business- teaching kids!

This is an awesoe resource for reluctant writers. It's also fantastic for students to create avatars. Using eduPLEX, students have the option of using an avatar for their online pic. The programs here enables each student to have a truly unique avatar.
