5 Indications for Designers to Identify Control Freak Clients | FrederickFlores | Scoop.it

Sometimes firing a client often saves you, your business and your sanity.

Unfortunately there are just some people you can't please no matter how hard you try.

Having your *Spidey Senses* sharpened and on high alert when you first begin a project with a new client may help you bow out gracefully before the relationship costs you more than it's worth. This article gives you a few red flags to look for when you're beginning a collaborative relationship.

Thanks again for the great suggestion Anna Lindberg!

Instead of carving out divisions that have a paltry 5-10% revenue decline, they should bring in new leaders and a new culture that will survive and thrive with the newer, faster moving competitors taking away market share.

Yes, PC desktop sales will continue to decline, but why is that a problem? They are declining industry wide, so that's not a reason to sell it. Just what we need is another table manufacturer. Businesses buy iPads, that's it. A year ago iPads had 97% of the enterprise market share.

In November 2012, 94% of the Fortune 500 have deployed or are testing the iPad. Why would HP bother?

What is their real strategy? Do they even know?

See the following posts - as I read them, I wondered, does anyone at HP read industry information? New leaders would.
