Frances L. Friedberg, an Attorney You Can Trus

Frances L. Friedberg wants you to know that you can trust her to handle your divorce and family law matters.

Frances L Friedberg's insight:

If you are looking for a lawyer with a long legal career, a commitment to excellence, and a strong work ethic, who will treat you with respect, and who has extremely reasonable billing practices, then look no further. Frances L. Friedberg is an attorney with over 25 years of legal experience who you can trust to handle your case.

Frances L. Friedberg always strives to produce professional looking legal papers, correspondence and motions for Family and Supreme Court, even though other attorneys that practice alongside her may be more lax and sloppy with the product that leaves their offices. Frances L. Friedberg knows that if you start off with papers that look professional, a judge is much more likely to take you seriously.

Frances L. Friedberg has a strong work ethic, and will work until she gets the job done, even if it means working nights and weekends if there is a due date looming. Frances L. Friedberg is respectful to her clients, both young and old. She does not talk down to them, and explains the court process and what they can expect, as many times as is requested by the client. Frances L. Friedberg ensures that her clients feel included in their own cases at every stage, and makes sure that they have input in all decision making.

Last, but certainly, not least, when looking for a lawyer, you expect that you are going to get billed, but you want the bills to be fair. Frances L. Friedberg only bills for the time actually spent by her, and does not charge a “minimum fee”. All retainer fees that are unused by Frances L. Friedberg at the end of a case are fully refundable to the client. Frances L. Friedberg charges a much lower hourly rate compared to other Family Law attorneys of her legal caliber in the Capital District area.
