I think it's a good idea to incorporate foreign languages in elementary schools. The younger a child is, the easier it will be to learn another language besides their own. I know some friends who took French as a foreign language in high school and it was difficult for them to learn. Therefore, children should start young; I learned both Spanish and English when I was five.
