Henry Ford Writes a letter about his 40 year. old company. He just talks about his bussiness and how he created his first engine in 1893 and it still runs. And that thats how it all started And he also thanks the people that helped him.

Henry Ford Born July 30, 1863, was the first born of William and Mary Ford's six children. He grew up on a family farm. When Henry was young, he showed an interest in mechanical things and a dislike for farm work. In 1891, Ford became an engineer with the Edison Illuminating Company in Detroit. He got promoted to Chief Engineer in 1893 gave him enough time and money to devote attention to his personal experiments on internal combustion engines. He used his free time doing experiments then after that not long did these experiments pay off. In 1896 with the completion of his own self-built vehicle-the Quadricycle. The Quadricycle had four wire wheels that looked like heavy bicycle wheels, was steered with a tiller like a boat, and had only two forward speeds with no reverse. Shortly after he invented the Quadricycle he started experimenting with other things. This is when henry ford made the Ford Model T. The Model T was introduced on Oct. 1, 1908. It had a 20-horsepower, four-cylinder engine, reached a top speed of about 45 miles per hour, got about 13 to 21 miles per gallon of gasoline and weighed 1,200 pounds.

 The creation of the car really helps out a lot. It helps ship things, receive things. If there weren’t cars today we would probably be using horses. The invention of the car has sped up the whole world. Nowadays, people don't have to go to shops on foot anymore. They can get to many different places in one day and from city to city in a few hours. Cars are mostly used for transportation, but they can also be used for many other things such as:

Delivery like what cab trucks do.

Entertainments like racing, Car show, etc.

They can help you become green like cars with hybrid technology, fuel efficiency.

They advance life in America and other parts of the world slowly every day.
