Beef imports from Australia and New Zealand have come under the spotlight in Taiwan after samples from the two countries tested positive for growth drugs.

 

However, the Australian commerce and industry office (ACIO)claim that its meat and livestock industry  prohibit the use of such drugs (ractopamine or zilpaterol) and found none over the last 9 years.
