Houston Chronicle Food labels are power Houston Chronicle MIAMI, FL - FEBRUARY 27: Nutrition labels are seen on food packaging on February 27, 2014 in Miami, Florida.
oscar morales's insight:
Food labels are very over powering
since there is many people that are trying to eat healthy and trying to count calories. Instead what they should be doing is properly exercise and diet properly. People look at the calories to see if they should buy it or not. For example the coke company puts diet on a coke and they put it just to a couple of calories less. There is people that would prefer it just because it says diet and just a couple of calories have been taken off.Or there is companies that make something that cost so much for little food. People would prefer for more food for a cheaper price than to go with the food that has less. The point that im trying to get to is that the labels are very overpowering and there is a lot that we can do about it.Since its the companies that make the labels and people fall for the companies labels. it might be hard to go healthy but its the easy to do when you get mentaly ready to stay healthy.
