We all have different time spectrums; there are people who work out 6 times a week and then there are people who can barely find an hour in the day. It all comes down to a few things; What are your fitness goals? Are you trying to reach your dream body? Increase your athleticism? Or preparing for some kind of competition? Knowing your goal is important become some goals are harder and will take more time to accomplish. What kind of exercise do you prefer? Not everyone is a gym rat, some of you are runners, yogis or athletes so you will prefer a different kind of exercise. Stick with what you prefer so you not only feel comfortable but you also enjoy working out! How much time can you dedicate to working out?
