I agree with this article that food and mind links together. I think what we eat and how we think affects a lot of our mental health. I once heard about case studies that in the hospital they just gave the medicine that is actually not really medicine and told the patient this medicine can cure and the patient always thought about that this medicine can cure and it came out true.

The Ferry Plaza Farmers Market is every Saturday at the Embarcadero and Ferry Plaza. The market has over 120 fruit, food and vegetable vendors and has the beautiful Bay as its backdrop. The Ferry Plaza Farmers Market runs from 8am-2pm year-round. Head to the Embarcadero this weekend to stock up on fresh groceries for the week and enjoy the beautiful view.

My mom and I go to Farmer's Market every saturday for organic fruits and lovely flowers. Also, lots of healthy delicious food!
