It's completely nuts to me how much this card has continued to surface for me this year. Here's what Angelpaths has to say about it:
"When the card comes up to indicate a change in some-one's response, we see the woman in love - entering into the deepest and most emotional realms of her personality, and returning refreshed and invigorated.
Sometimes the card will come up to indicate a woman acting as priestess of the Goddess. "
- but they've got a much more extensive explanation of the card's meaning and also a ton of info about working with the Queen of Cups. Enjoy!
The FAO has released its annual Globefish Commodity Update on fishmeal and fish oil. The report contains commodity information on prices, imports, exports and production by commodity. The information is taken from the network of Globefish correspondents and the Globefish European Price Report, INFOFISH Trade News, FAO FISHDAB, EUROSTAT and others. Fishmeal prices remained strong in the first part of 2013 as supply fell in the 2012. Total production fell by 35 percent between 2011 and 2012. The two main Latin American exporters, Peru and Chile, continued their dominance with Peru accounting for 82 percent of South American production. Elsewhere, Icelandic production rose significantly thanks to a rise in herring and mackerel catches. The average price of fish oil in the last quarter was US$2138. This was 43 percent higher than the average price in the last quarter of 2011. The growing demand for fish oil for both aquaculture and human consumption and a weak supply in 2012 mean that these high prices look set to continue into 2013. For single issues please email email@example.com. Or visit the Globefish website. Other issues, released throughout the year, include bivalves, salmon, shrimp and tuna.

Arwen Lynch explores the Major Arcana through a fictional series as the Fool and his dog meet the archetypes.
Here's an excerpt for you from the Fool Meets Judgment:
Just as the sun blended its first ray with the horizon to create an amazing shade of orange, the Fool crested the top of a hill. He stumbled to a halt when he saw an Angel looming on the horizon. Behind the angel were humungous waves that seemed to be frozen. They almost looked like mountains to the Fool. The red wings spread out behind the angel who blew a trumpet that had the flag of St. George adorning it.
As the Fool watched, he realized he couldn’t hear the trumpet. But beneath him, he saw a cemetary where the tops of the crypts were being tumbled aside. The dead were rising up! The Fool gasped in horror then realized that they all stretched their arms and faces up to the Angel. They didn’t seem aware of him.

The Peruvian hake industry got a boost this week when Peru’s Ministry of Production increased the total allowable catch (TAC) for the first hake season of the year by 30% from the 13,740 tons allocated in December to a total of 17,880.
The change comes from the latest recommendations of the Instituto del Mar del Peru (Imarpe), which found that the abundance of the hake resource in the first quarter of this year was up 60% compared to 2012.
The TAC is set in December each year for the A season, which runs from January through June 30 this year, but the ministry has revised the quota upwards during the season for the past two years due to higher-than-predicted biomass reassessments during the season, hake seller and I.P. Santa Monica CEO Stephan Palinginis told Undercurrent News.
Imarpe, Peru’s marine research agency responsible for setting the quota, has observers on board the commercial fishing boats to collect data on the biomass during the season, and the results from January to May of this year “were exceptional,” Palinginis said.
Biomass estimates are up 60% over last year, drawing speculation that the lower availability of squid this year may be allowing hake to flourish more.
“This is very good data for the biomass,” Palinginis said. “We haven’t seen that in the last 20 years.”
The quota for B season, which will be announced after the research finishes June 15, is likely to increase over A season, he said.
