900g extra lean ground turkey

3 egg whites

2 green onions, diced fine

2 medium large carrot, shredded

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger,

or ½ teaspoon ground ginger

2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint leaves

2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro leaves

Juice from 1 fresh medium lime

1-2 tablespoon soy sauce or wheat-free tamari sauce (for gluten free)

2 packets stevia or 1 tablespoon raw agave or raw honey

Sea salt and ground pepper, to taste

Research for resveratrol indicates it has the ability to slow the aging process! Is this too good to be true? The extensive research sounds promising...But can be get the same benefits from dark red grapes alone, or do we have to consume red wine or pop pills that will "diet" for us?

i LOVE strawberries so it's great to hear about all of these amazing health benefits..But what's with this "superfood" title..It seems in the last 5 or so years all fruit and vegetables or grains, nuts and seeds eventually get crowned "super" compared to other foods..but is this the right word? Really what we're refering to here is REAL food...Because what you'll find is that all REAL, non-processed food will have an array of incredible health benefits which should set them above the other food-like substances.
