I think there is a correlation between proper eating habit and exercise. The recommended session is 3 times per week and I highly urge everyone to go for resistance training.

To get the desired results, do regular Focus T25 exercise in accordance with the schedule that you have created earlier. Repeat the exercise, and increase the frequency and burden according to ability. Remember, prior to exercise, do not forget to always warm up and light weight training. Let your body adapt to the first simple movements.

 

By making a schedule and exercise patterns are staged, make it a habit yourself to stay consistent. The hardest thing will probably be found at the beginning of practice, but in time, you will begin to get used to and even enjoy fitness activities and make a fixed schedule that you have to do every day.

BMR is the minimum caloric needs of humans that can still survive even if the body in a state of rest or not to perform the activity. The effects of lack of sleep will lead to the emergence of metabolic disorders. With this disorder, causing the fat burning process in the body will decrease.

Start Slow. Lighter weight, and use dumbbell at home. I would develop my muscle first. This is what I learned from Focus T25.

 

This is how:

Resembling a butterfly motion, but in a lying position and use Dumbledore. Incline bench flyer allows the formation of the chest and shoulder muscles. By using a pair of Dumbledore, in a reclining position on a bench, lifting weights straight up, down sideways, then close to the top as before.
