Terie Engelbrecht gives a good walk through of how to use Educanon to create video lessons that are interactive. One of the things I really like about tools like this is that you can create your account using your Google account. Terie does a great job of reviewing the good and the bad of this tool so that you can evaluate if you want to try it out for your self.

One of the biggest hurdles that teachers come across when trying to start a flipped classroom is the software to use. There are some really good paid options, but it is nice to have some free options also. This tool that is used in Google Chrome seems to be a good screen cast tool and it is free. Terri does a great review on how to use it as well and any pros and cons of Screencastify.
