Aeros has created a prototype of its new breed of variable buoyancy air craft and it expects the vehicle to be finished before the end of 2012.JB--What makes this Local Tech is its ability to "land and take off" with no significant infrastructure. That is perfect for localtech situations where moving things thru the air is the best choice but the locals don't want to build an airport.
