I began my process of getting back in shape for a variety of different reasons.  Most notably I was seeing my physical health was starting to affect my day to day life in both a personal and professional way.  Being a military member you are required to keep a standard of personal appearance and readiness that I was surly lacking.  So with some much needed motivation from my family, friends, and mentors I undertook the task of creating a work out plan that would truly allow for long term success.  At that point it became very obvious that I needed to create a “Lifestyle of Fitness” for myself.
