I thought this article was very funny and sarcastic but also very truthful. People who are looking to lose a few pounds or just get back in shape always journey to the gym. When they ask themselves why they haven’t seen improvements they wonder why going to the gym isn’t working. It’s not going to the gym that’s the problem but actually doing the hard workouts. When going to the gym I will mostly see people slowly jogging on the treadmill or lifting the light weights. The problem is simple, the reason why people aren’t getting the results they want is because they are not working hard to attain them. People do not have to buy the latest work out equipment or the latest Nike clothes; rather, they need to step up their game. Goal making is the key to seeing quick improvements. I think cardio and high intensity workouts work the best because they don’t last very long but you feel the results quickly. I think the more you sweat and the more your muscles burn than the greater the workout is. If your goal for the week is to run for 30 minutes than the next week your goal should be running for 45. Gradually changing your goals and pushing yourself to do a little more will make your body adapt. In addition, if your serious about getting into shape than cut out the junk food. If you have strong workouts and eat healthy you are sure to attain any goal you set at the gym.
