You know you are a warm, lovable amazing person but sometimes the voice in your head tells you lots of negative stuff. We’ve got to ignore that nasty, hurtful voice. We’ve got to love ourselves more.

Good advice here - and with Christmas coming up we need to make sure we aren't so hungry when we go out for Christmas Parties that we head for thr junk food. Eat a small meal/ 25g of almonds before you go to hlep avoid temptation. An egg or chicken would work too.
