Very SIMPLE recipe, no chemicals...and SAVES money!  I keep a batch made at all times and use in soups and chili, etc.

Hungry for a big burger?  Here's a healthy one with black beans, cooked quinoa and hummus.  * I love black beans and usually cook a big batch at a time in my crock-pot and store the extra in a container in my fridge...ready to use when I need them.
