Another judge has ruled homosexuals have a right not to be offended that supersedes First Amendment religious rights.

Honestly, I see no reason for discrimination but if it's against someones religious veiws to do something or support gay marriage they have to accept that. Their rights begin where his end, and if thats their opinion you shouldn't be able to trump on it, wheather is wrong or not.

I don't think that a cake maker should be able to deliberately discriminate against same-sex couples. It is inhumane and morally wrong. He has his right to his own opinion but not the right to discriminate.

I agree with Hope on this one! America is supposed to be an equal place where everyone has freedom of speech and religion, but I feel like this situation violates this freedom. Also, if someone is to discriminate against someone who is gay, I don't see how it is any different than discrimination against those of a different race either.

I would have to agree with hope as well. He has the right to do things but not the right to discriminate. I feel this violates the freedom.
