A cafe created for the World Design Capital festival in Helsinki is letting people reshape its interior design over the internet.

Anyone with a computer or smartphone can change the height of the chairs and tables, dim the lights or be the DJ at the Kauko Cafe.

The experiment is being broadcast live on the internet and all the customers get a free coffee.

The café is located at the very center of the most historical and architecturally significant blocks of Helsinki – The Lion block. The house surrounding café is called the Bocks house and itself is one of the oldest buildings in the Lion block. So the surroundings for this café are most noble.
