vehicles taking children to school and daycare. An alcohol lock prevents a
car from starting if a breathalyzer test shows the driver is over the legal
limit.

L'avenir des enfants représente beaucoup aux yeux des parents. Cela se manifeste par  leurs décisions de protéger leurs enfants  contre les chauffeurs alcooliques des transports publics qui conduisent les enfants à l'école et à la garderie. Dans la mesure où l'instrument qui teste  le taux d'alcool révèle que le chauffeur a dépassé la limite légale la voiture ne démarre pas. Ces règles appliquées au transport scolaire  et garderie sont renforcées par la municipalité ou l’État. Dans le non respect de cette règle, cette action est taxée d'une amende de 1500 euros par véhicule. Cette amende est sanctionnée par la police.

The Helsinki City Board has not reached agreement on measures to reduce alcohol consumption.
On Monday the board decided to pass the proposed programme for responsible use of alcohol to the various municipal boards.
The draft programme includes a number of proposals aimed at reducing alcohol consumption, some of which are likely to be very controversial.
