While having lunch with my friend Beverly the other day, she was lamenting various employee challenges- from lack of personal responsibility to downright laziness.Case in point, the simple act of changing the toilet paper roll in the restroom. À cette question d'entrevue "Quels sont votre plus grande qualité et votre plus grand défaut", j’avais répondu ceci : Mon plus grand défaut EST ma plus grande qualité... Je suis foncièrement paresseux et je déteste travailler inutilement. Ça fait de moi quelqu’un de très efficace !
