Social Workers/Experts - Beware!! Whilst a heavy workload is the norm for most practitioners the court has confirmed it is not an excuse for failing to comply with court deadlines. Most did not need a court case to confirm this. However, the court is now more likely to impose financial penalties for failures to adhere to court orders in family cases.
