Need to learn lessons from companies like Ben and Jerrys who've engrained it in every area of the company (and moving across Unilever as a whole). Got to move from a choice to a basic norm for equality to flourish and all to thrive.

The US drinks company which owns Jack Daniel’s and Southern Comfort has developed guidelines for suppliers as part of its human rights policy. The firm sets out benchmarks regarding health and safety, labour standards, wages, working hours and discrimination. Where there is no law or regulation governing a particular activity or operation, Brown-Forman said business partners must conduct operations consistent with the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
