May be the true white collar crimes are that are happening right in their faces are not worthy of investigation per them so they have to find something or someone to investigate to occupy their time while the true criminals get away with murder in more than one way!!! my opinion from experience

BBC NEWS | UK | England | Somerset | Judge explosion death 'a mystery'

BBC NEWS | UK | England | Somerset | Judge explosion death 'a mystery' | Xpose Corrupt Courts | Scoop.it

A judge who died in an explosion in his garden shed neither committed suicide nor was murdered, a coroner has ruled.

A second inquest on Andrew Chubb found the cause of death at his home near Chard, Somerset, was "unascertained".

The judge had asked his wife of 34 years, Jennifer, for a divorce hours before his death in 2001, the five-day inquest in Glastonbury has heard.

His wife told police that his mistress, Kerry Sparrow, was blackmailing the 58-year-old judge - a claim she denied.

waine-warren's insight:

"Evidence that might indicate that he had expressed thoughts of harming himself fall far below proof beyond doubt that is the standard request for the conclusion that he deliberately took his own life."

He also discounted any suggestion that Judge Chubb was killed by his wife or any other third party.

It would have been virtually impossible for her to "disable" him and set fire to the shed.

Mrs Chubb now lives in Australia and did not attend the hearing.

Judge Andrew Chubb

Judge Andrew Chubb | Xpose Corrupt Courts | Scoop.it

Zen Zen :-
Judge Andrew Chubb
was my greatest teacher on Karma.

London - The mystery surrounding the death of a judge killed in a fire in his garden shed may never be solved after a second inquest failed to find an answer.

Andrew Chubb, 58, died in an explosion and fire at his Somerset farmhouse in 2001, just hours after he had asked his wife of 34 years for a divorce. He had been having an affair.

After two inquests and a lengthy criminal inquiry, police said the case was closed.

waine-warren's insight:

"We feel that the tragic death of Judge Chubb has been examined on a number of occasions and that a line must now be drawn," Avon and Somerset Police said. "There are no plans to examine this case again in the future."

At the end of the second inquest on Friday, Coroner Sheriff Payne said the "means and cause of death remain unascertained", media reports said.

There was insufficient evidence to prove whether the death was an accident or suicide. However, the coroner was satisfied no third party was involved, the BBC said.

The first inquest recorded a verdict of accidental death in December 2001 after hearing that a spark from a lawnmower may have ignited petrol fumes in the outhouse.

How to fight corruption starting at home

How to fight corruption starting at home | Xpose Corrupt Courts | Scoop.it
This refers to Jocelyn R. Uy’s article, “Parents plant seeds of corruption–Tagle” (News, 6/11/14), which hits the nail on the head.
waine-warren's insight:

If we want to remove corruption from our society, let’s begin by living justice and honesty within our own families by telling the truth, avoiding lies, paying our household helpers on time and with a just wage, following traffic rules, living simply, thinking of the needs of others before our own, learning how to share, acknowledging our mistakes and asking for forgiveness.

No immunity for prosecutor accused of misconduct - ABA Journal

No immunity for prosecutor accused of misconduct - ABA Journal | Xpose Corrupt Courts | Scoop.it
Hollywood couldn’t come up with a better script than this. A gang member was convicted in 1986 of double murder by two prosecutors who are now accused of coercing witnesses into giving false testimony against him; and he was sentenced to death by a judge who had taken a bribe. One of those two prosecutors will have to answer for his alleged actions after the Chicago-based 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last week that he did not have immunity. According to a Monday article at Courthouse News, a divided three-judge panel ruled that former Illinois assistant state attorney Lawrence Wharrie could be sued civilly by Nathson Fields, the man who was convicted in 1986 for the murders. Prosecutors generally have absolute immunity from civil suits for their actions during the course of a criminal prosecution, and the panel held that Wharrie’s co-counsel, former assistant state attorney David…

‘Anonymous’ hackers jailed over attacks on PayPal in defense of WikiLeaks

‘Anonymous’ hackers jailed over attacks on PayPal in defense of WikiLeaks | Xpose Corrupt Courts | Scoop.it
Two British hackers affiliated with the group Anonymous, have been given prison terms for cyber-attacks, which reportedly cost PayPal $5.6 million. The sites were targeted in December 2010, after PayPal banned payments to WikiLeaks.
waine-warren's insight:

Christopher Weatherhead, who operated under the alias Nerdo, was given an 18-month sentence by Southwark Crown Court in London, after being found guilty of conspiring to impair the operation of computers between August 1, 2010, and January 22, 2011.

Weatherhead, who was described as the leader of the group, was convicted last month according to the 1977 UK Criminal Law Act.

He admitted participating in a “distribution denial of service” known as a DDoS on the financial services website. DDoS attacks cripple websites by flooding them with information until they crash.

Co-defendant Ashley Roads was jailed for seven months, while Peter Gibson, who was deemed to have played a smaller role, was given a six-month suspended sentence. Both admitted to the charges against them.

British National Party membership and contacts list, 2007-2008 - WikiLeaks

waine-warren's insight:

British National Party (BNP) membership and contacts list. The BNP is a "far right" party, whose members are banned by the UK civil service from a number of government occupations. 12,801 individuals are represented. Contains contact details of all or nearly all party members and some other individuals. The list has been independently verified by Wikileaks staff as predominantly containing current or ex-BNP members, however other individuals who gave their details to the BNP, or one of its fronts, are also represented. Included in this latter category are a handful of journalists and "anti-fascists" who have attempted to infiltrate the organization

Chubbdate - Fire Geezer

THE SECOND INQUEST INTO THE DEATH of British judge Andrew Chubb was concluded today.  This is the story we’ve been following HERE and HERE about Hizzoner being blown up in his garden shed just 90 minutes after he told his wife he was leaving her to go live with his mistress. [photopress:chubb.jpg, full, centered] The coroner announced today ...

Fire Death Investigation Re-Opened After 6 Years

New evidence has arisen that contradicts the original coroner’s verdict of accidental death.  The judge’s body was never autopsied and he was cremated soon afterwards.  The fire department ruled the fire “very suspicious” because there was no known ignition source normally present in the shed and   Mrs. Chubb demolished the shed 24 hrs. after the death.  She inherited £1 million from his estate and then moved to Australia.
