Bully is a beautifully cinematic, character-driven documentary.  The most frustrating, although completely predictable (from our Implications Wheel on this topic) part of this film was the almost complete lack of understanding and action on the part of teachers, school administrators, school bus drivers, and local law enforcement.  I was close to screaming "fire this irresponsible ...." several times, particularly when teachers participated in the bullying or counselors blamed the victim.
