For many health conditions a recipe for successful management is a combination of diet, exercise, stress reduction and therapeutic supplementation. Hopefully this article helps reinforce that exercise can be an important tool for those suffering from fibromyalgia.

Wouldnt it be nice to see research like this used to promote the benefits of exercise in the areas of rehab and anti-aging instead of drugs being the first port of call? Delete the scoop?
