I’ve talked about how important fitness is to us, and today I’d like to elaborate on how nutrition is an essential part of fitness. Nutrition isn’t just recommended for fitness, it’s an outright necessity.

Exercise and nutrition are essential factors to a healthy, well balanced lifestyle. While nutrition is always important, it’s even more so while exercising. Food is what fuels your body with energy, and without the correct fuels exercising at high intensity can cause problems.
