Anyone who knows me is well aware that one of my pet peeves is the number of meetings executives arrange and attend. It is out of hand, and takes executives away from their tasks. Of course some meetings are necessary. Please note: I said "some meetings". I have known executives to be in meetings from the moment they walk in to the office to the time they go home. For 2015 let's put forth effort to minimize meetings and allow people to do their jobs,

According to a new Reuters analysis of the latest monthly U.S. Labor Department labor data, Americans quit their jobs in September at the fastest rate in over six years, to the tune of 2 percent of U.S.

Great insights!  Most would not think this was a good thing.  The market is definitely in flux and will continue so for the next two decades, IMHO.  Move to contract format workforce is well underway.
