Facinating tidbit but it makes perfect sense.  I have advocated this for a long time and had some very active discussions on the topic.  Most want to turn left just because they can, however the get frustrated with the time they sit waiting for the traffic to clear. This is where efficiency can be our friend.

Interesting discussion.  While I agree with the 1st and the 3rd, I tend to disagree with the 2nd point.  If done correctly this can become part of a cultural DNA that is very productive and positive.  The key is never encouaging the people to hide problems under any circumstances.
