"Engaging and mobilizing employees" is the current problem managers and top management have nowadays. 

During the research I did on the "coaching", all the coaches I met said that the word "coaching" was bothering them. They prefer talking about "accompanying" people to achieve their goal. 

On my subject: can sportive coaches helps employees find back their motivations in firms, the question really is: can the methods used by sportive coaches be useful in firms?
