I suspect that the up to us bit is even more than 40%.  I've met rich miserable people and happy disabled poor people. Happiness is a choice which has very little to do with your situation in life.

Great list of influential 2013 articles for coaches to read. The article on How Netflix Reinvented HR has me wondering what of their approach will be widely adopted by HR in nimble companies and what will be copied as innovative but be unsuccessful because the approaches fit the Netflix culture specifically.
