Another common disorder is the development os crystalline formations called kidney stones. They are due to the excess calcium in the urnine. Urinary tract infections, insufficient water consumotion, low activity levels are three of the many ways to get kidney stones. They can pass through the urinary tract on their own if small enough. Sometimes they may need medicine to help break it down, or ultrasound shock to disintegrate the structure. Larger stones will in fact have to be removed through surgery.

Renal Insufficiency is when the kidneys cannot maintain homeostasis, caused by damaged Nephrons. This is caused by Kidney infection, High blood pressure, diabetes Mellitus and many more. The key to having good Kidneys is to maintain a healthy diet and excersing as frequently as possible.

Symptoms if you have a urinary tract infection

Bacterial or viral infection can occur in your bladder, which is known as cystitis. If the Urethra is invovled the n this is called urethritis. When urinating if you have a painful burning sensation, urinate frequently but no urine present, and/or bloody and brown urine you may have a urinary tract infection. If this does not get treated then it can cause serious, permanent damge to your kidneys, which may possibly lead to kidney failure. Also if you are experiencing upper abdomen or lower back tenderness, fever, nausea, chill, and/or vomiting, consult a doctor for these are signs of an infection.

-Woman are more common to have urinary tract infections because the Urethral and Anal openings are closer together which makes it easier for bacteria from the bowels to get into the Urinary tract causing the infection.

-Drinking lots of water helps by flushing out any bacteria in your urinary tract. (Drinking water repeatedly causes you to have to go to the washroom more often then not drinking water frequently)

-85% of kidney stones are made up of calium compounds.

-Nephrons regenerate and restore kidney function after short-term injuries.

-If Kidney stones are gretaer then 22mm they must have surgery to be removed.
