My thoughts,

This article gave me a lot of wise information on burning fat while running. If you have a high intense run for a short amount of time you will burn more calories rather than you running on the same level for the same amount of time. Also taking a 20 minute break after a run, and then running for another 30 minutes can help you burn fat! I'm really going to use these tips and remember them next time I hit the treadmill
