Potential is a tool for action! How many times have I heard, “it has tremendous potential”, you can imagine, on numerous occasions. Yet many years later, the huge potential has brought forth a mouse! Why? For the simple reason that the potential has remained unrealized and unused, because there never was any concrete action. Read more: http://bit.ly/Igyith

Faith or the certainty of its capacity to move towards success. You know those days when nothing or very little work or we wonder what we did in the world to be in this situation! During these phases, doubt and despondency can settle transiently, see permanent for some. It is in these moments that faith in our abilities and our values of life becomes important and makes the difference. Even if faith does not avoid completely doubt, it contributes significantly to the restoration of tranquility, which is more rapid, and largely reduces the frequency of doubts. Everyone wants to be successful and, some people would do all to achieve it (...). A good tool for success is certainly, the goal. As Brian Tracy say: “Goals are the fuel in the furnace of achievement” Brian Tracy what makes me say that this topic is sufficiently interesting and important to linger a bit. All of these goals that will lead us to success! Introduction Beyond the basics of goal that he should be SMART: Simple and Specific | Measurable | Achievable | Realistic | Time limited and which is known to most of us, I would like add the emotional meaning of the subject. Indeed, the act of setting goals is often linked to an emotional process: From needs who are deepest in us; an ambition to be this or that; Or an ego, oversized, who plays tricks on us; and many other factors. All these elements combined can significantly change the logic of things and lead us sometimes on unsafe paths and strewn with pitfalls. When should we have a goal?... When I hear; “privacy should stay home and do not affect job performance“, I think that the world is wrong. How can we expect that a person can simply switch from the privacy status to the professional without taking, with him, a little from each life? It will not work...
Sometimes I hear, "you can not have everything". What does this sentence?
We can have everything we want if we really want, yes, this seems very simple!
We must learn to want more – it is not necessarily about money (it is not excluded, of course), this may be, health, happiness, love, etc. – because that is how the most can get into life...
Be a winner, a pleasant feeling! Today I want to tell you about a subject that has always held an important place in my heart and this, since my childhood. Yes, I have always been competition oriented. In everything I did, I wanted to be first, what which, as you can imagine, has no been always the case. It is always the case today, but, it’s no longer in the same way. If in my childhood, it was to win the football, ice hockey game or another competitions like this; today it’s rather more in philosophical activities (…) where I want to have the nose in front! I have often wondered what made the difference between winners and the others,...
We live in a world where it's mostly "every man for him." Everyone is busy to advancing his life, while forgetting the world that is around him! Yes, if I'm honest, I must admit that I also regularly falls in this plan. Why? It is precisely the question I ask myself at the moment. I know it's the wrong way to do so...! I work hard for that to happen less and less, because I know that Zig Ziglar is right when he says: "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want". As a leader we must think globally, it is the only way to become a leader who can change the face of the world and support a team to become in turn an example for those around him. We can do much more than what we think, because all the power within us, just use it! "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." Ralph Waldo Emerson
Leadership may be defined in part as a process of influence. Strangely, as I was searching for definitions of leadership I saw this list of leadership synonyms on Dictionary.com: authoritativeness, influence, command, effectiveness; sway, clout (emphasis mine). However, many may know of another spelling: Klout with a “K” Klout defines itself as the arbiter of social media influence. In their words, they provide The Standard for Influence. When the company recently unleashed their new algorithm, many people in social media saw their scores radically drop. For those schooled on this “credibility” framework, it was disorienting or irritating...

Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “A good leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader, a great leader inspires people to have confidence in themselves.” But, becoming a great leader isn’t easy. Successfully maneuvering a team through the ups and downs of starting a new business can be one of the greatest challenges a small-business owner faces. Leadership is one of the areas that many entrepreneurs tend to overlook, according leadership coach John C. Maxwell, whose books include The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership (Thomas Nelson, 1998) and Developing the Leader Within You (Thomas Nelson, 1993). “You work hard to develop your product or service. You fight to solve your financial issues. You go out and promote your business and sell your product. But you don't think enough about leading your own people and finding the best staff,” Maxwell says...

Anticipating needs is the ultimate goal!
Finding solutions, by anticipating the demands of the members of your team, your customers or prospects, it’s a tremendous advantage. Imagine you meet someone who is interested in you, and situations that you need to adjust in your life, before you meet how you would feel you? I think the answer is simple; VERY WELL!... Why should I consider the point of view from the other, if I have reason (…)? Each situation has always different points of view, what is yours? Perhaps you are wondering what mean this question! What I mean is; when you face a situation, you see also the perspective from the other person? If this is not the case, you should consider doing so quickly because it’s the best way to find a favorable outcome in complicated situations. It’s also the best process to move forward in life constructively and to attract many sympathies in his entourage. In this idea, I love the quote from George Santayana who says: “Almost every wise saying has an opposite one, no less wise, to balance it.” As a leader, we know that the views of other people must be heard and understood in order to make the right decisions for us and our team. Proceeding in this way, everyone can realize the importance and doing so for others as well.
It’s a phrase I often heard in my life. Yes, to have experience, it is priceless and we can not buy it either. Sure, you can surround yourself with people who have experience in your field (I encourage you by the way) but it will not replace the experience of life that each of us must to do...

Doubt, what can it serves? A very good question … What do you think? Yes, doubt can sometimes put us in difficult or complicated situation. But it can also have positive aspects, and we avoid many problems in our lives. What matters is to make the right choice at the right time. But overall, it prevents us regularly to make progress in our projects, if the doubt is installed in our minds,...

Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle... – Napoleon Hill What inspires me this quote: What matters is not to be strong for a moment and make a maxium in minimum time. Indeed, only a steady and continuous effort leads to success. As a leader, you must have this kind of quality, because your team expects that from you.
Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit. – Napoleon Hill What inspires me this quote: In the world nothing happens without a reason. Everything we think and the actions we undertake, each day, will become reality in our daily lives. Knowing this, we must be able to take the right door that leads to success. Only leaders who have managed to do so, will have the followers needed to achieve a great success!
