Why should I consider the point of view from the other, if I have reason (…)?
Each situation has always different points of view, what is yours?
Perhaps you are wondering what mean this question! What I mean is; when you face a situation, you see also the perspective from the other person?
If this is not the case, you should consider doing so quickly because it’s the best way to find a favorable outcome in complicated situations.
It’s also the best process to move forward in life constructively and to attract many sympathies in his entourage. In this idea, I love the quote from George Santayana who says:
“Almost every wise saying has an opposite one, no less wise, to balance it.”
As a leader, we know that the views of other people must be heard and understood in order to make the right decisions for us and our team. Proceeding in this way, everyone can realize the importance and doing so for others as well. Delete the scoop?

We live in a world where it's mostly "every man for him." Everyone is busy to advancing his life, while forgetting the world that is around him! Yes, if I'm honest, I must admit that I also regularly falls in this plan.
Why? It is precisely the question I ask myself at the moment. I know it's the wrong way to do so...!
I work hard for that to happen less and less, because I know that Zig Ziglar is right when he says: "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want".
As a leader we must think globally, it is the only way to become a leader who can change the face of the world and support a team to become in turn an example for those around him.
We can do much more than what we think, because all the power within us, just use it!

When I hear; “privacy should stay home and do not affect job performance“, I think that the world is wrong.
