Charisma is something that many people believe you're born with. However, this isn't the case – you can become more charismatic, and we'll explore how you can develop charisma in this article

“Your perception of yourself has an enormous impact on how others perceive you.” – Erin Falconer of Pick the Brain.
I believe the best way to build self confidence is by broadening your life experiences. When you work hard to increase your knowledge, skills and experiences, you’ll automatically become a confident person.
Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage. ~Anaïs Nin, Diary, 1969
As you constantly increasing your exposure to life, you’ll build your confidence in mastering or doing anything.
Confidence is something that you have to workout like a muscle.
You can’t be confident at everything. We all lack confidence in some areas of life that we are not familiar with.

Action gives real meaning to life!
Without action, what is in some sense also an action…, success remains, in mostly cases, away from us. Useless to complain or blame the rest of the world, we are solely responsible for this situation and from the outcome that results.
Look ahead or around you and be honest with yourself and with others. You will find that the situation is always the result from immobility. It will be difficult to find another reason without using excuses!

A great post. I think a lot of manager should read and applied these advice. Unfortunately we live in a world where the human side is often forget, and the message in in this post is strong to change that situation. [note mg]
Michael Hammer in his book "Agenda" talks about modern managers driven by an economy that is more than ever controlled by the customer. "Managers are rediscovering that business is about execution."
He reminds us of the seriousness of watching the cash flow, fulfilling (rather than just getting) orders and the need to go beyond product ideas and focus more on product development.
The role of managers is to help their company "devise products and services that satisfy customers and then create and deliver them in a profitable way that satisfies shareholders"...

Many relationship problems occur because people have different definitions of what a relationship should be. They also happen because each partner has different PIC levels within a relationship.
Relationships consist of Passion Intimacy and Commitment (PIC.) Passion involves physical and sexual attraction and desire. Intimacy involves the sharing of emotions. Commitment involves the willingness to meet your partner’s needs and to preserve the relationship.

Everyone wants to be successful and, some people would do all to achieve it (...).
All of these goals that will lead us to success!
Introduction
Beyond the basics of goal that he should be SMART: Simple and Specific | Measurable | Achievable | Realistic | Time limited and which is known to most of us, I would like add the emotional meaning of the subject.
Indeed, the act of setting goals is often linked to an emotional process: From needs who are deepest in us; an ambition to be this or that; Or an ego, oversized, who plays tricks on us;and many other factors.
All these elements combined can significantly change the logic of things and lead us sometimes on unsafe paths and strewn with pitfalls.
When should we have a goal?...

It is 3am and you wake up suddenly, hearing the beating of your heart echoing in your ears. The clock ticks slowly by your bed, and darkness blankets your windows.
“How am I going to do this?” you say to yourself.
Finding a way to make your mortgage payment, living through a tense day at the office with an unreasonable manager or hitting the pavement to look for clients feels like too much.
Your stomach tightens. The air thickens in your lungs as you feel pressure on your chest like a slow vise.
Thoughts quickly turn into poison, and they flood your body with fear.
After a fitful attempt to go back to sleep, you wake up, go downstairs and make a cup of coffee. Bad television or cute YouTube videos take the edge off of your anxiety. You are thankful for your Facebook friend in London who is awake and willing to banter with you... Via Martin Gysler Delete the scoop?

Be a winner, a pleasant feeling!
Today I want to tell you about a subject that has always held an important place in my heart and this, since my childhood. Yes, I have always been competition oriented. In everything I did, I wanted to be first, what which, as you can imagine, has no been always the case.
It is always the case today, but, it’s no longer in the same way. If in my childhood, it was to win the football, ice hockey game or another competitions like this; today it’s rather more in philosophical activities (…) where I want to have the nose in front!

We live in a world where it's mostly "every man for him." Everyone is busy to advancing his life, while forgetting the world that is around him! Yes, if I'm honest, I must admit that I also regularly falls in this plan.
Why? It is precisely the question I ask myself at the moment. I know it's the wrong way to do so...!
I work hard for that to happen less and less, because I know that Zig Ziglar is right when he says: "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want".
As a leader we must think globally, it is the only way to become a leader who can change the face of the world and support a team to become in turn an example for those around him.
We can do much more than what we think, because all the power within us, just use it!

You are in an imaginary hot air balloon. It’s just you and all of your belongings in the wicker basket. Something went wrong and you are losing altitude fast. You will hit the ground in less than ten minutes if you don’t come up with something quick.
The only immediate solution is to get rid of excess weight and throw off at least half of your belongings. It’s that or hit the ground in ten. You look at the things and hesitate for a few seconds but then you do what you have to do and start throwing the things you have gathered half your life one by one. The cargo gets lighter, the descent slows down then you are floating up again back to altitude. You are relieved beyond comprehension.
This happens to all of us in less dramatic circumstances. We attach ourselves to things that we have accumulated over the years. Some of them might have some practical value. Others we just have attached ourselves sentimentally to over time. Some others are just clutter.

Potential is a tool for action!
How many times have I heard, “it has tremendous potential”, you can imagine, on numerous occasions. Yet many years later, the huge potential has brought forth a mouse!
Why?
For the simple reason that the potential has remained unrealized and unused, because there never was any concrete action.

Faith or the certainty of its capacity to move towards success.
You know those days when nothing or very little work or we wonder what we did in the world to be in this situation!
During these phases, doubt and despondency can settle transiently, see permanent for some. It is in these moments that faith in our abilities and our values of life becomes important and makes the difference.
Even if faith does not avoid completely doubt, it contributes significantly to the restoration of tranquility, which is more rapid, and largely reduces the frequency of doubts.

First we make our habits, then our habits make us. Charles C. Noble
It’s not unusual for intelligent people to get themselves stuck in a deep rut in life. By rut, I mean a somewhat extended period of time flooded with low motivation, poor moods, negative thinking patterns, and little or no productivity.
A rut like this can be extremely difficult to get out of. I’ve been there several times, so I know that rediscovering productivity and finding the motivation to delve into anything even remotely challenging can seem nearly impossible. However, we must eventually come to our senses and realize that there’s no point in going through life feeling unmotivated, tired, stressed out, and unhealthy. Misery is, after all, a choice.
Escaping the bounds of a deeply-grooved rut requires nothing more than some willpower, a good plan, and the resolve to take immediate action. Most ruts are caused by a lack of self-care – for example, little to no exercise, sub-par nutrition, zero personal reflection, insufficient sleep, etc.

When the Author Dean Whitney says: "You need a “system” you can trust" I think it is right. Today we have so many information so that we really need a system [note Martin Gysler]
It's a new year and a great time to talk about goals and balance. If you are like me, your work is always with you. You wake up and check your email on the computer and if you're not near the computer, the iPhone or Blackberry is always within reach. As digital information becomes more accessible so to does our ability to communicate. For every actionable email there seems to be 10 emails with useful information and 100 useless cc's and spam emails. Then there’s the rest of life: mental, spiritual and physical realities. Our real world relationships, our dreams and our health needs to be in balance with all this digital information. Without proper and directed focus, years can go by without making significant progress.
Your life goals don’t ask you for permission to use “push notifications”
S.U.D.S or “Seemingly Unimportant Decisions”. Everyday we need to make hundreds, even thousands of decisions. From what to wear, eat, what time to get up, exercise, which emails to reply to, what to read, and how to spend our time. The problem is that all the really important and beneficial tasks don't bug you if you don’t perform them.... Via Martin Gysler Delete the scoop?

The phrase “You can do it if you just believe” has become so watered down to the point that people just roll their eyes when they hear it. They’ve tried it and it just doesn’t work for them.
“To succeed, we must first believe that we can.” - Michael Korda
“Your belief determines your action and your action determines your results, but first you have to believe.” -Mark Victor Hansen
“Don't limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve." - Mary Kay Ash
“You have to believe in yourself” – Sun Tzu
“Believe that you will succeed, and you will." - Dale Carnegie
“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, he can achieve.” – Napoleon Hill
Notice how they are all saying essentially the same thing, that if you believe it, you can do it.
How do you believe?

Doubt, what can it serves? A very good question … What do you think?
Yes, doubt can sometimes put us in difficult or complicated situation. But it can also have positive aspects, and we avoid many problems in our lives. What matters is to make the right choice at the right time.
But overall, it prevents us regularly to make progress in our projects, if the doubt is installed in our minds,... Delete the scoop?
