Most infographs provide data in a visual display. An instructograph is a visual presentation of anything that can be broken down into steps. If you size it correctly, only your enticing title shows in the Pinterest display. The interested viewer must click the Pinterest thumbnail to get the rest of the instructions, bringing them to your site.

5 Principles of User Centric Approach to Website Design | inspirationfeed.com | Everything Marketing You Can Think Of | Scoop.it
Design always plays a supporting role to the content on the site. What is it that users are looking for on a website? It’s information, and not designs; if you offer that information to the users, they are going to be satisfied with the website.
Jeffrey Lapin's insight:

Good article about taking a "user centric" approach to website design.

Rather than the design of a website, it’s the users that determine your success. You obviously need to get the basics of web designing right, but what is of utmost importance is that you need to deliver a website that a user will like.

Local Search Optimization, It's All About Timing - Search Engine Journal

Local Search Optimization, It's All About Timing - Search Engine Journal | Everything Marketing You Can Think Of | Scoop.it
There have been many articles on the subject of local search optimization, but only few about why proper timing in your local SEO tactic matters the most.
Jeffrey Lapin's insight:

Good article explaining local search optimization as well as useful tips. Concluding remarks are very informative:

"The more exact citations of your business, the more prominent your local profile will be.Consistency is the key here; pay attention to your NAP (name, address & phone number) info. You don’t want variations, because search engines see that as a lack of legitimacy.

And remember, proper timing in your local SEO tactic is what saves you from duplicate and inaccurate business citations and establishes a solid foundation for a successful local business."
