I collected a dataset of more than 400,000 randomly selected Tweets and the number of times each tweet received a new school (native) ReTweet. I then compared

Tweets with images are more likely to get retweeted than those without. In addition, the source of image makes a difference as well as those uploaded to pic.Twitter.com had the highest retweet rate, followed by those with links to Twitpic, Facebook and Instagram.
