The number one way of building unhealthy eating habits is snacking. Snacking constantly throughout the day is the worst thing you can do, especially when what your eating is nothing more than chips and such. Good snacking include primarily vegetables and fruits becaause they are not high in fat and the sugar in them is healthy.
