This must include a better assessment of the priorities in specific developing countries: governance reforms designed to achieve a fairer distribution of income or economic reforms to increase growth. It seems that New Zealand is the country to live in because it has less corruption. But one day the corruption will start and that would be the country no one would like to be living in. the United States is also a great place to live in but in certain areas. That goes for New Zealand also. But what I am curious why in other countries there is so much corruption in all these other countries like Congo and Afghanistan. Maybe that one day will change.

L'accès à des millions de documents en ligne a fait tomber dans l'oubli nombre de publications papier plus anciennes. 

La littérature sur le développement, souvent détenue par des institutions dans des pays du Sud qui ne bénéficient pas de programmes de numérisation des fonds anciens, est un parfait exemple de ce phénomène. 

C'est pour rétablir l'accès à l'information accumulée pendant des dizaines d'années que la British Library for Development Studies a noué des partenariats avec des centres de recherche en Afrique et en Asie pour numériser leurs documents majeurs et les rendre accessibles via les moteurs de recherche, sous une licence Creative Commons....
