Eating healthy and consuming a lot of fruits and vegetables is one thing, but is our body really receiving all its vitamins and nutrients it needs? No. We are the ones responsible for providing our body with the full amount of vitamins it needs to satisfy its full health. Next time, you go to a drug store, or a grocery store, look at the vitamin section to buy a bottle of multi-vitamins instead of a bag of chips or the cheap candy off the last minute rack in front of the cash register. Including additional vitamins such as Vitamin E, Vitamin D, and B Vitamins are good for not only our body’s health, but for our mental health as well. Additionally, some minerals that work great for our mind are magnesium, zinc, and chromium. Just by paying more attention to including these small vitamins and minerals in our nutritional health, they’ll help both our corporal and mental health at every phase in our lives.
