Provider Platform: supporting older workers makes sense

The appointment of Ros Altman as “business champion for older workers” in July saw a real shift in the way the Government wants us to view our 50+ year old employees.

 

Until recently much of the debate around older workers has been focused on what our senior colleagues can’t do. The task of the new business champion is to challenge such outdated perceptions and get us thinking about what older employees can do and not what they can’t.
