I installed Win 7 x64 on my laptop and then installed the new Windows VPC and XP Mode, but found out my laptop doesn't support virtualization. So I uninstalled that and installed MS Virtual PC (yep they're different) and kept the VHD from XP Mode. But, when I entered the included key (from key.txt) I got an unauthorized key message. I figure no biggy I have all kinds of XP keys ...none of the XP SP3 keys seem to work with the VM ...why? I would rather not spen XX hours DLin the CD just to reinstall the same OS.
