As all Wikipedia articles do, this article presents a well rounded source of information about Eric Edgar Cooke under a series of appropriate headings. This format of information is useful as it gives a brief summary of the topic at the start to allow readers to get a general idea. Although written in a very detached manner, I got a understanding of the case and Erik Edgar Cooke by reading this text.

In this analysis it reveals interesting insight into behaviours of Eric Edgar Cooke as a child. The text was particularly interesting to me because it highlights that arson can be an early indicator to future killers. Erik himself committed arson around the age of 17. They say that arson can be a an attempt to gain power and feel success which made me feel a slight compassion for Eric.

This questionnaire presents information about the individual victims. The brutality and inhuman nature of Erik Edger Cooke is strongly portrayed through the idea after stabbing a victim he then took a lemonade from the refrigerator and drank it on the victims porch.

The shadow of Eric Edgar Cooke still lingers across Perth. A seemingly unrelated series of crimes reached their zenith on Australia Day 1963 when Cooke prowled Cottesloe and Nedlands on a dark night, shooting randomly.

Although The full coverage of Eric Edgar Cooke was presented in this article collection in The West Australian it was very bias. Understanding that getting a man who has been hung is difficult , possible reasons for his behaviour could be presented. Other than the bias nature I found it an interesting collection of articles.

The story of the book that saved John Button and Darryl Beamish is presented through this source. We learn as readers how a text written by Estelle Blackburn could change two men's lives and bring down a cold blooded serial killer. After reading this wikipedia article I learnt about the book it's self rather than just Erik Edger Cooke , the murderer.
