You’d think it’s pretty self explanatory, but it’s not. Racism cannot be easily defined in a sentence, because it has multiple definitions, it’s evolved over the centuries, and people experience it differently.

For a boss this makes lots of sense, but for a disabled employee this can be a bit discouraging.  We do ask a lot of bosses and disabled people to manage a productive workplace and keep as healthy as possible.
