Here is the truth; you cannot expect to become the best version of yourself while you are still running all of the same old thought and behavior patterns, which have gotten you to where you are now.. Well, I don't know... with "Practices self-development" on the last place, the "Establishes stretch goals" on the last but least, "Champions change" in the very final four, I don't know... a guy, who does not develop himself, not very much a champion of change and not aiming for stretch goals... how on earth could he be an inspiring, great leader?! These types of things are good so far as you don't start to think about them... great... Why do I sccop it then? Just to show the traps we all are falling time to time in these inflated 3 best widgets of motivation and then 7 main principles of teamwork, etc.... Trust in God and keep your BS-detector dry...:-)))
