Alex Peterson, Graphic Communications, Clemson University

Alex Peterson, Graphic Communications, Clemson University | ePortfolios-examples | Scoop.it

This is the Clemson University ePortfolio requirement for Alex Peterson. She is a student majoring in Graphic Communications with an emphasis area in graphic design and photography.

I have had a love for graphics ever since I was a young child. From where did I obtain this talent and passion? My father is a graphic designer, and I have always shared my love of art and graphic design with him. My mum is also a [nonprofessional] photographer, so I picked up some talent from her as well. I knew from the age of 12 that I wanted to pursue a career in Graphic Communications. Since then, I've taken on any challenge I could find to nurture my growth in this field. In my spare time, I enjoy rock climbing, playing tennis, swimming, traveling, and other outdoor sports or activities.

 Welcome to my ePortfolio!

As Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "One thing life has taught me, if you are interested, you never have to look for new interests. They come to you. If you are genuinely interested in one thing, it always leads to something else"

This ePortfolio is a small snapshot of where I've been, where I'm going, and what I have learned along the way.

Digication :: Christian Bautista :: Welcome | ePortfolios-examples | Scoop.it

Over the course of this semester, I have learned how to become a better writer. More specifically, I have become a better business writer. It has been somewhat difficult adjusting to different styles of writing, however. I was used to writing long, very wordy sentences so that I could be very descriptive and so that I could sound very intelligent.

Maybe I’m Just a Girl On a Mission... But I’m Ready to Fly... | ePortfolios-examples | Scoop.it

Hi, I’m Lindsay. I will always be a South Carolina Girl; no matter where I may go or eventually end up. I am the firstborn child of my parents, Mike and Beth, from whom I undoubtedly inherited many of my personality traits. I can definitely thank my Dad for my competitiveness, free spirit, habit of procrastination, strong-will, forgiving nature, sarcasm, and unfailing ability to lose anything not glued to my body. I have my Mom to thank for my kind spirit, love of Starbucks, selective hearing, servant’s heart, habit of perfectionism, caring nature, ability to empathize, and embarrassingly horrible sense of direction.

Savannah Stone | ePortfolios-examples | Scoop.it

This ePortfolio is a representative sample of Savannah Stone's work during her Clemson University experience.

I am a senior at Clemson University, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Psychology. The most important thing in my life is my relationship with Jesus Christ, who took on God's wrath for my sins. I love my family and my friends. Both have contributed to the person I am today. I have been described as completely unpredictable and fun. My dream job is to become a housewife and mom. I also have a desire to travel to other nations to share the Gospel, possibly to live there. Hopefully my life will continue to be one marked by discipleship to Jesus Christ and full of God-glorifying memories.

PORTFOLIO | Wheeler Studio | ePortfolios-examples | Scoop.it

I grew up in Northern Wisconsin in a family of teachers, musicians, and artists. Drawing has always been a part of my life and some of the strongest influences on my creativity have been the wild Wisconsin seasons, canoeing the Brule River, picking blueberries with my Grandmother, and digging through the snow with my brothers.
